试验用途 |
用来测量被试设备(EUT)在正常工作状态下通过电源线、信号/控制线对周围环境所产生的传导干扰是否符合要求。如果干扰信号过大,就会影响整个电网的用电质量,从而干扰到其他电器的正常运行。在实际测试时,受试物在上电期间可能会产生很强的瞬态信号,可能会冲击并损坏测试接收机的 RF 输入端口,因此一般需要在 AMN 和接收机之间串一个能抑制瞬态信号的脉冲限幅器。如果受试物电流过大(例如大于 400A)或者无法使用 AMN 进行测量时,可以使用 CISPR 16-1-2 规定的高阻抗电压探头进行测量。 |
测试原理 |
传导骚扰测试系统主要测量受试设备(EUT)在正常工作状态下通过电源线、信号端口、控制端口对周围环境所产生的骚扰,测试频率范围主要为9kHz~30MHz。不同产品的骚扰限值由不同标准规定,但基本方法是一样的。 |
结构及特点 |
测试配置布置图:
系统主要由EMI测试接收机、人工电源网络(LISN)和EMC测试软件组成。其中人工电源网络可以在给定的频率范围内,为骚扰电压的测量提供标准规定的50Ω阻抗,并使受试设备(EUT)与电源相互隔离。 测试环境:电磁屏蔽室 |
